Credit card

By selecting the Credit Cards payment type, you will be redirected to a page, via a safe and secure connection, where your credit card details must be entered, after which the payment will be made.

The system accepts credit cards issued on the international circuits VISA, MASTERCARD and MAESTRO. Credit card data will not be shared with Natura e Bontà but will be managed directly by the payment system.

PayPal

By selecting the PayPal payment type, you will be redirected to a page on the PayPal site where you must enter your Paypal account or credit card details, after which you will make the payment. With this payment method you can also use POSTEPAY, AURA and AMERICAN EXPRESS credit cards.

Paypal account or credit card details will not be shared with Natura e Bontà but will be managed directly by PayPal.

VAT and resale of products

All prices indicated on the site are inclusive of the 10.00% VAT rate. The sale of the products is intended solely for the final customer, therefore it is expressly prohibited for subsequent marketing.

Shipping

The delivery of the Products purchased on the website www.naturaebonta.it is made to the shipping address you communicated in the order form, within 10 working days of receiving the order. To date, we can make deliveries throughout the territory of the Italian Republic. Shipping is FREE on orders of €79.90 otherwise it will cost €9.90 or €15.00 for the islands. Natura e Bontà will not be responsible for any delays in the delivery of the Products that are unforeseeable or not attributable to it. The delivery terms indicated above will be valid only for orders completed by 12.00 pm of each day.

Free shipping over €120 to the following foreign countries:

Otherwise it will cost €15.

We inform you that pursuant to art. 59 Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, the right of withdrawal is excluded in the following cases:

• order of Products made to measure or clearly personalized;
• ordering Products that are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
• order of sealed Products that are not suitable for being returned for hygienic or health protection reasons or that have been opened after delivery.

With reference to the cases of exclusion of the withdrawal listed above, in particular, you are informed and accept that among the "Products that risk deteriorating or expiring rapidly" are those Products of a food nature whose characteristics and qualities are subject to alteration, also as a result of inappropriate storage on your part after delivery.

Return due to defect or non-conformity of the product

If you have received an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us by e-mail at naturaebontasrls@gmail.com, with an indication of the defect and/or non-compliance found, as well as at least no. 1 (one) photograph of the Product, the order confirmation sent by us and/or the tax receipt.

Following receipt of the email, we will evaluate the defects and non-conformities reported by you and decide whether to authorize the return of the Products by providing you with a reply, containing the "Return Code", by email to the address you provided during the process registration on the Site or when placing an order.

The authorization to return the Products will in no way constitute acknowledgment of defects or non-compliance, the existence of which must be ascertained after the return.

The Products whose return we have authorized must be returned by you, together with a copy of the return authorization communication bearing the "Return Code", within 14 (fourteen) days of reporting the defect or non-compliance, to the following address: Natura&Bonta Srls – Via Dismano 118/B – 48121 – Ravenna

Any reimbursement of the price paid and the relative shipping costs will be made by bank transfer.
